At ThePack Underwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, due to hygiene standards, we can only accept returns on unworn items in their original, sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unopened items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your return.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the items to confirm they meet hygiene standards, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
